I do not hold the Carpenter Academy of Irish Dance, Amanda Carpenter TCRG, Peter Gardner TCRG, Ashley McMahan TCRG, Oonagh Lynch Benson TCRG, Laura Kerr TCRG, Cindy Brainerd TCRG, Julia Nailor TCRG, Heather Gallagher, or any other instructors of the Carpenter Academy of Irish Dance responsible for any injury or illness obtained on the premises of Carpenter Academy classes, or other class or performance locations. I hereby release the Carpenter Academy of Irish Dance and/or its instructors of any and all legal liability.
I understand that all Carpenter Academy fees, including tuition, registration, ect., are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to another service provided by the Carpenter Academy.
I give the Carpenter Academy of Irish Dance permission to use photographs and/or videos of myself that apply to our Irish Dance program on the school website, social media accounts, and on other materials (i.e. flyers) for promotional purposes.
